Dec. 17, 2025 -- The Lackawanna/Susquehanna Office of Drug & Alcohol Program in partnership with the Lackawanna County District Attorney's Office on Tuesday celebrated the winners of the 2025 Holiday Poster Contest with a recognition reception at Scranton Cultural Center at the Masonic Temple, 420 N. Washington Ave.

2025 marks the 40th anniversary of the annual campaign inviting area students to create original art conveying a holiday theme and message against drug use, drinking and driving, or to celebrate being sober. This year, 1,267 posters were submitted from students in grades one to twelve from schools in Lackawanna County. The winning posters will be featured in a billboard campaign.
